Excellent help from SmallPDF support ! The license had to be transferred to another account, due to an error on my part this had to be done twice. Support was very patient and responded very quickly to all my questions. You rarely experience this nowadays.
I have used Smallpdf for several years, I started at a time I need to work with a multitude of documents on regular basis. I now use it for for so many things, work and personal. The service and support I have received has been nothing short of amazing, a support service that is actually there and resolves issues quickly! It is easy to use, has a large range of features. I have tried others and nowhere the quality or support.

I created an account and after reviewing the amazing range of tools they had I simply decided that it was not what I was after. I was charged a week later the subscription fee despite having cancelled my account within the 7 day free trial period which caused me a lot of confusion and frustration. However after reaching out to the support team they were able to provide me with quick and helpful responses to my issue and issued me a full refund.
