Review Time
I had started my trial on 5th March for 7 days. So I was expecting to get charged after 7 days, which would be on 13th March. But they had charged me on the 12th itself. I had cancelled my subscription on the 12th. I had shared the screenshot with the support team for the same. But they did not refund me at the start. I had to calculate and show the discrepancy to them to make sure I got the refund for the subscription. I'm glad that they agreed. For the tool itself, it did what it was supposed to do.
First of all, the app did what it supposed to and I was happy to try it. As some others, I was slow on cancelling my subscription before the 7-day mark and was charged for it.Customer service was superquick and helpful and resolved this to my satisfaction by creating a refund.
Customer Support, particularly Shannen, was terrifically prompt, friendly and helpful. I made a silly, careless error and Shannen solved it without making me feel foolish or small.I would use Smallpdf again and will definitely recommend the company to others.
