This is the first time I've used SM Retro and I was very impressed. Whole process from ordering, to receiving the end product was easy and hassle free. I didn't know what to expect but these guys were for above anywhere else I have seen or tried. Great quality products, excellent customer service.
I recently bought the England retro football shirt and it's absolutely superb. The quality is outstanding, better than the original 1970s version, with a perfect likeness in design but crafted with far superior materials. The attention to detail is spot on, from the classic collar to the icons Three Lions badge. Delivery was perfectly acceptable, arriving within the stated time frame and the customer service was excellent. If you're a fan of classic England kits, this shirt is a must have. It's a flawless blend of nostalgia and modern quality.

At first, they replied and said there was a tracking issue. However, once I requested a full refund, the communication stopped entirely.The order cost me £40.99, and at this point I’ve accepted that I’m unlikely to see the product or my money again. This company takes your money under false pretences. Been waiting since July for my order. Got promise of delivery if I removed my trust pilot reviews. SURPRISE.. the shirt arrived. WRONG SHIRT. Got yet another promise of correct shirt arriving within a month.. has it arrived … OF COURSE NOT. The excuse of the Thai postal system is simply an excuse.. a company who cared would change their delivery options. I am now looking into legal proceedings so other people won’t be scammed
It was great to see this shirt for sale on their website as I have been looking for it for years. Needless to say I ordered it immediately and after a few weeks it arrived, and I am pleasantly surprised by the quality. Everything is as per the original, and there are improvements like embroidered badges, to make it more like the players shirts. Delivery time was acceptable within the times on the website.
