The test arrived quickly with clear instructions. Really easy process. Had to chase the result as it was a bit delayed but their communication was excellent and it was soon sorted. Did the test at 9 weeks and it came back a boy…I’m now 35 weeks and had gender has been confirmed at all my growth scans :-)
I just found out about a week or 2 weeks ago I am a month pregnant and me and my husband couldn’t wait to find out the gender! My mother in law ordered us this sneak peek test and I was so excited! When it got here I was super anxious and scared of the needles but I took the test and I was shocked when I felt NOTHING!! The test is super easy to understand and take, and the best part you find out your results QUICK!!! Today is March 26th when i’m writing this review we took the test YESTERDAY, and shipped it yesterday and got our results TODAY !! 💗💗💗 We’re having a baby girl. For anyone who is questioning this test DO IT!! I am 18 years old, and this is probably one of the best tests i’ve gotten!!
Took the test at 10 weeks. It came back girl. My NIPT (which I took the same day) came back 2 weeks later with boy and a fetal fraction of 20%. Multiple ultrasounds confirmed he’s a boy. This company lies about their accuracy rate then details any way for you to leave any negative comment on their social media pages.
I was initially really impressed with this company the test arrived really quickly and instructions were very clear. I followed everything completely and actually scrubbed everything a bit more than I needed to after reading some of the reviews. I tested at 8 weeks and again really impressed that within 36 hours the results came back and it was a boy. After two girls we were really happy. Fast forward to my 16 week scan and I am told a girl! We were truly not bothered what gender we had but after being told a boy by something "99.9% accurate" we had prepared and got excited about it only to have it taken away. I now feel deflated and guilty and sad. Wouldn't bother with this unless it's something you are doing just for fun and I wouldn't bank on it being right.
Well what an awful experience I had with this company! My first test came back inconclusive, my second one then went missing, I was then sent a further third and forth tests which came back as boy results. Fast forward 2 weeks and the second test that had gone missing comes back as girl… I took all of these tests in the same way. I honestly think it’s a scam and the at home tests should not be offered - what a way to play on someone’s emotions! Turns out I am having a girl but taking these tests really took the shine away from me finding out. I wouldn’t take the risk, you’ll be £££’s down and no further forward…
I bought a lancet home test kit (the only sort available in the UK), after which I delved into the research papers on their website. On the one comparing the snap and lancet kits they say that 3.97% of lancet test results in the study were incorrect - all were females incorrectly resulted as male (assumedly due to contamination). One can therefore assume that for male results only ~92% are accurate with normal use, not the 99% they claim (which seems only to apply where blood is drawn in a clinical setting or with snap). I asked to cancel my order before delivery and was refused. They instead say I have to return it to the USA (despite it being shipped from a UK warehouse) at my own cost. As it has to be returned within 30 days I can't use freight shipping, so it'll cost ~£11-£15. All to return a product which isn't nearly as accurate as they say, and that I therefore no longer wish to use. This company clearly has no regard for the psychological impact on customers of incorrect results, and is using data misleadingly to make sales. I've reported to Trading Standards. Oh and they have opted to use Californian consumer rights not UK ones as a company (apparently they're allowed to do this?!) which disadvantages UK customers as citizens advice are unable to advise.
I ordered the test on the 15th February when I was around 8/9 weeks pregnant. Received it shortly after and followed all instructions carefully. I made sure I completely sanitised my surfaces due to two males in the house. I sent off the sample which I found easy to do and within a week I had a girl result. I just had my gender scan and it has confirmed I’m having a girl ! Very happy!
