Review Time
Zero stars. I payed for the fast track which should have a turnaround time of 3 days. They forgot to ship my test for over 2 weeks. If I hadn’t complained it never would have shipped at all. Customer service response was basically “hehe oopsie.” Then it still took several days to get the test. Then with the promise of overnight results my package was immediately delayed. It’s still delayed. I thought at this point I should be refunded but still get my results because of not even remotely getting what I paid for. They canceled my test within clarifying if I wanted that first. Their customer service people seem to have never ever worked with pregnant women before and are childish and insensitive. I’ve had better customer service for USB cords on Amazon. People get this test for many heavy serious personal reasons among others, maybe don’t treat your customers like a joke. Still no results and I’m now at the point where I can get the NIPT so there’s no sneak peek of anything. Now they just have my blood for no reason and I drove to a FedEx on a weeknight to get the “overnight results” for no reason.
My last pregnancy it told me boy, I had a girl. I sent in the birth certificate etc for proof it was incorrect didn’t hear a thing back and no refund. This time it’s told me girl.. had anyone had the clinical blood test done and it still be incorrect? Most of these reviews are from people doing it at home. I’m hoping for a boy but would think the clinical test would be more accurate?
I would not recommend this company to anyone. The sample wasn’t exactly easy to collect and I found it rather messy (the first time at least!). Upon returning my sample, the company misplaced it within their lab and only when I contacted them 2 weeks later, did they manage to find it. It then came back inconclusive. They sent an email saying a new test would be sent to my original address and prioritised - great, except this did not happen. 3 days later I received an email asking what my address was and a further 5 days later I received the kit. Again, it came back inconclusive. Final chance before I gave up. New kit was sent, came back as boy. I was skeptical by this point as I had come across so many incorrect boy reviews but I was confident that I had thoroughly cleaned and avoided contamination. I have now had baby confirmed as a girl on 2 separate occasions. By the time of my result it had been over 5 weeks since receiving my original kit and the result was still wrong. I’d recommend you didn’t bother and saved your money!
Waited 5 days for test, sent it same day, kept checking tracking, sat at Bradford post office for 3 days saying it was to hold on to package and would be delivered next working day, day later and it's saying the person doesn't stay at this address so sending TEST back to me, it was their packaging I sent it in.
I ordered the kit and paid £89 on 20th August 2024. But they are actually based in the USA. Their claim of test results within 7 days are fraud as they even respond after payment. Now they are telling me the kit will be dispatched after 2 weeks when it's supposed to get delivered within 2 days. So, when are they able to test the results and their website is full of misleading contents. Do not Order if you are in the UK
If you are a UK customer - don’t bother!!!I ordered this test on the day of my 12 week scan as we wanted to celebrate reaching that milestone. The website says ‘find out in 1 week’ and that ‘shipping takes 1-2 business days. Here I am at nearly 16 weeks, no tracking link and no test, despite chasing twice.I have a growth scan in a few days which will confirm the sex of the baby, and I’ve asked for a refund but had no response.Better off paying a bit more and getting an in-person blood test.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE have tried to contact millions of times because I never got the checkin email or the results email, paid for the fast track and have yet to receive any results horrible horrible company, no phone number to call, no where to review, thought it would be okay… was accurate with my first, screwed me with my second. BIGGGGGGGGGG middle finger to this company.
