Review Time
Initially had problems with lack of communication about my renewal, a significant increase in cost and slow response from customer service however this has since been addressed and resolved. I would however say that customer service response times need to improve as they seem much slower than they have been in the past.
I paid for Soda PDF yesterday and was immediately able to edit my document. However, when it came to saving it, I was unable to because my account was not activated. I have been trying to get help with this issue but the last person I spoke to was very impatient. For example, ‘Do this it’s really simple and I’ve helped thousands of people to activate’. I ended up in tears and cut him off. Why was I not directed to activation before I could work on the document? Now i am worried that my edited version will be lost. Update-today (5th July) I received an email from Soda PDF saying that someone had tried to access my account from a city I have no connection to at all. It’s been one problem after the other and very stressful.
