My Ranger is perfect for our very small garden in our detached house. No complaints from neighbors about smoke. Also uses very little firewood, small pieces gives the best flames. Tried the Ranger last night in quite strong winds and it worked well. We are ready for the Scandinavian winter and many hours outside.

Stove arrived but was severely damaged. Granted it was replaced but I am still waiting for the damaged item to be collected. First ly I was told the replacement would not be sent out until I had returned the damaged item. I was instructed to walk it to a drop off location 2 miles away up a very steep hill. I refused to do this. After much discussion via email I received the replacement, but the damaged item still had to be returned. So far its pick up still has not happened despite a DPD pick up being booked for yesterday. I am moving home tomorrow and I have no clue what to do with the damaged item as the email auto reply system tells me someone will respond to my query in 3 days
