2 minutes is 90 seconds too long...I don't and never have had the patience to brush my teeth for two minutes. It started as a child and followed me through my adult life. Obviously, that had a very serious impact on dental health and eventually I had to pay a lot, no seriously over $7,000) to get my front teeth looking professional. I knew I couldn't afford to do that again so I needed better dental hygiene, but two minutes is still two minutes. Then I found this little gem and my life was changed for ever! Now, 30 seconds in the morning and 30 seconds before bed and I am good to go. Just to show you just how well it works, I switched dentists this year and in the pre-visit she asked what kind of toothbrush I used (old school or electric) and I told her about my Sonic Brush. She was skeptical. After my examination though, she was quite impressed (as was my last dentist). While my sample size is low, 2 out of 2 dentists approve the U-shaped Sonic Brush. Do remember though, for best results use a foaming toothpaste.
