Absolute scam of a company - ordered a deluxe Italian wool coat and received 100% polyester. No label. Asked for an ABN and they gave me a fake number. Reported them via PayPal - got offered a 40% credit - refused it and have reported them to ACCC. Ghost company - several of these are popping up on social media under different names - all with the same story - forced to close down. Beware everyone!
Do not waste your money. They do not honour the cancellation policy and use delaying tactics to not refund the money you are owed. The website indicates they are in Melbourne and closing down. This is a lie!!! When asked about these statements, they claim they are an international business and ignore the question about closing down. Total scam and they will be reported.
Terrible! Stay away. These guys are super dodgy and I am in the process of reporting their business to the ACCC and Consumer Affairs for breach of Australian Consumer Law. The quality and fit of the item received was extremely poor and in order to get a refund they are requesting I send the item back to a warehouse in China. Miraculously though, if I want a replacement or credit note I can return the jacket to a local address. Completely unacceptable.
Ordered from this website. Says it's Melbourne based however the item is being imported and taking forever. Clearly misleading. I am frightened that when I receive the item it will be poor quality as that what other reviews are saying. Very disappointing considering what I paid.
Worst customer service and products are of poor quality. Ships from China, not Sydney. It is not “hassle free” returns - they only offer 20% refund otherwise you have to send back to China at your own cost.Order took way longer than advertised. My item took 2 months to arrive…Would not recommended shopping on this site. Very dissapointed with quality and service.
Fake website, states it's from Sydney but dresses are definitely made in China and likely entire company is from China. Poor quality and poor fitting dresses. Wanted a refund so had to take a photo of the dress and pay for postage to China (I purchased two dresses so it was worth my while however would be out of pocket 30$ for shipping) Not convinced that I'll get my money back though. I DO NOT recommend buying from this company- all the reviews on their website must be fake. I wish I had done my research prior.
