Would like the choice of a negative number to rate. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I ordered a bag that appears to be quilted, 17x14 in, and soft. It is none of these things. Made and shipped from China. Took 2 weeks. 14x14. Harsh and scratchy material. Why didn’t I read the reviews on Google first!? I ordered from Sophie’s Boutique in Palm Beach for $54.95. Later saw the same item from Eleanor Rose Monterey for $39 and then Handmadeukbag for $22.98. I’ve been had. Please, please, please heed my advice. Ignore the ads and move on. Learn a lesson from my blunder. Also…advertises full refund if not satisfied. Not if it was marked down by more than 40%!!!!! I’m enraged!

Customer srvice apouling. The quality of the garmend poor quality, very cheep looking . Return policy is such that: that returning garment would cost more then actual purchase price. Very disapointed, deffinately will be buying therir products from now on.
Sophie’s Boutique offers a nice variety of clothing with stylish designs. The ordering process is simple, and delivery is on time. Customer service could improve, but overall I had a decent shopping experience and would consider returning.

Dresses ordered are very cheap plastic fabric. I have mailed them 5 times asking to be returned for refund and surprise surprise they do not answer their mails!!! Very unfair to customer and disappointing to say the least!!!Stick to your Promises please!!!!!
Garment took ages to arrive and then when it did was in a really cheap material. Unfortunately didn't fit across the bust so would have to be returned. That was where the company failed. It was either a 15% percent refund offer as an offer of good will as I was a new customer. Or the ridiculous expensive of paying for the return of parcel myself to China. I will not be ordering again from this company. I wish you good luck with your order.
