Do not use. Less than 1 star Cant contact them, i literally got denied boarding for my trip and there are no options for that on the claim, i cant enter anything else, it just keeps denying my claim and theres no way of contacting their customer service.Having read the response, as i said.. don't use them. Being denied on a flight you booked and paid for isn't included?! Even though if you cant fly your entire holiday could be ruined. Ridiculous. Id rate 0 stars if i could.
