Back in 2022 my partner bought travel insurance for the both of us for a holiday to Greece. Whilst there we both suffered allergic reactions to something and were admitted to a private clinic for tests. 12 months on and Southdowns have paid my partner’s bill but are refusing to pay mine because I didn’t disclose a UTI infection I received antibiotics for 6 months prior to the trip, which was completely unrelated to the allergic reaction BOTH I and my partner experienced in Greece. Stuck with a £900 medical bill we cannot afford. I’m 5 months pregnant and stressed out of my mind. Absolutely disgusted with the service and result.
