Really unhappy with how my gadget claim has been processed. I was unaware that this would be outsourced to another company (who have 1* reviews on Google - which says it all!). Quick to take my excess fee, but nothing else has been quick! Left without a phone (worth £1000) for over a month now, with little update or communication. Southdowns essentially wash their hands and palm you onto another company who are notoriously painful to deal with. Had I known this would be the case I would have never have used Southdowns as my insurance provider.
