DO NOT BUY!!I am currently in the process of making a claim and wish I had read all the reviews first. I have spent hours trying to call AXA (the underwriters) to chase my claim and the lines are always horrendous or they cut me off. I’m now being asked for medical invoices to support my claim when I’m not claiming for any medical charges as there weren’t any!! I’m going to make a complaint and take it to the ombudsman as this company feels like a scam, I cannot believe they have a 5 star defacto rating!!!
My call was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner but they didn't know the answer to some claims questions. However, they did actually give me the number for claims so I can phone them with questions. Definitely worth phoning them as the quote was cheaper than online once they had asked me about medical conditions and clarified some things.
