I didn't want to do the online form as my computer isn't brilliant, so I got the phone number and called. I spoke to a lovely young man named Zazy. He was great, and talked me through every aspect of my purchase. Very nice, friendly and knowledgeable young man.
I would put -100000 if this was an option! Never EVER have I experienced such awful customer service! I will never EVER use this company or any company associated with Southdown Travel Insurance and will be making sure everyone I know or come into contact with are fully aware of this absolutely disgraceful company!!!
