I am definitely not a fan of digital questionnaires and find them so frustrating when things do not run smoothly. I would far prefer to talk to a human and not a machine. Apart from forgetting to tick the "Mr" box and the web page not allowing me past that point to pay, everything else went smoothly. I was very pleased to get travel insurance at such a competitive price. Thank you.
