Don’t get hearing aids from here if you think you get free batteries, every time I try to get size 10 batteries there is no one there to give them to you because it’s a different department They don’t have the sense to leave batteries in a cupboard for all shop assistants to get them for you.Come on Specsavers sort this issue out
The site test etc a couple of weeks ago was all good and as expected. Went to collect our (Mum and I) glasses yesterday. Took a while to locate and then when he did this is where all the fun began, my Mum thought I was being difficult but he couldn’t get the frames to sit comfortably for me no matter how many times he said he’d make an adjustment. We got the tightness sorted then it threw out the alignment of the lenses so one was sat flush on my cheek but the other one felt far away. Mum also experienced the same thing when he got her specs out. Just felt like he needed help but refused to get any. Ended up spending 40 minutes tinkering around with them before we got to a point where they were ok. Will have to go back though as I’ve just realised that a bit of the frame is melted where he must have heated it too many times. Sigh
