The products are first-rate, and the service I received on the day could not have been more professional and friendly. I was very much made to feel like an individual and a person, rather than simply a customer. I can only speak for the Sunderland branch, but the staff have always been great there and were on the day of my most recent visit.

After being ignored by the shop staff…

After being ignored by the shop staff for about 5 minutes ( 3 of them) the manager came over and assisted me. She was very very helpful and attentive. If it wasn’t for the manager I would of gone and spent my £340 elsewhere..
