When I arrived instructions were not followed that I can not do stairs Also when I went into the orthoptist I asked for him to put the slit lamp up so that I was mor comfortable he asked me how he does that? I then just adjusted the chin rest myself!

Appointments

Everything went smoothly.I would would say as a little shop it gets overcrowded, not enough staff in busy times.Need to cut the appointments, so customers can have time with staff, without feeling hurried.

Beware of the sales people

I’m sure that I have reviewed your services before however I felt as though I was on a conveyor belt “Get them in and get them out” I was immediately pounced upon to look for a pair of glasses and yes I did feel that I was being asked to make up my mind by a sales representative who had just been interested in selling the frames for Specsavers and make a sale to ensure they had a good sale’s deal.
