Review Time
I went into a store THREE WEEKS ago for the THIRD time, regarding a faulty frame.I was assured a replacement frame would be ordered that day (23.10.2025)!!! They would arrive in 2 days and I would be notified. Neither action has been taken!!!
I have a history of eye disease in my family. So a regular check ups and health scans and important to me. So I’m always a tad anxious about appointments. I needn’t have been. The best bit was the explanation of my scans and the likelihood of developing eye disease in the future, Two new pairs of specs and a clean eye bill of health. Beautifully simple.
It was easy to book the appointment.All the staff were friendly, professional and polite.All my questions were answered and the staff were extremely helpful.My glasses are great and I was very pleased with the whole experience.
