We made an appointment in the morning and by the afternoon we had our eye test.the eye test was very intense.which we needed new lenses then the guy took measurement for our new glasses he was very helpful sorting out our requirements.very please with the service we would recommended them to family and friends 10 out of 10

Too speedy not enough care …

They put the wrong lenses in after waiting two weeks with a further two week wait to put the correct ones in!!! Said it was human error and was very matter of fact… no real apology shan’t be using them again as I feel they should have speeded up the 2nd time still without them!!!
