Review Time
Writing a review on behalf of my elderly mother. She decided to use Specsavers for her new hearing aid. She has now had to go back to the shop 3 times with problems and each time the problem has not been fixed. Each journey is over an hour for my mother on the bus. This product is very expensive and she has received appalling service.
Great, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable staff who explained everything to me and gave me spectacular advice about what kinds of glasses would suit me and fit me most comfortably. There's a great selection of frames to suit all budgets, and if you spend £70 or above you get a 2nd pair free. And on collection of your glasses a 50% off voucher or 25% for friend/family. I highly recommend the Birkenhead branch.
