Review Time
After waiting 25 minutes to collect my glasses I went back to the front desk and asked if I could collect my glasses as I was in a rush. I was told that there was one person before me and that I would have to wait.I politely asked the lady if she could just give me the glasses as I was in a rush, I didn't require a consultation.The lady told me that she was busy serving customers and couldn't get my glasses.I mentioned that they were behind her, it would take 30 seconds.She looked embarrassed and said that I would have to wait, looked over my shoulder and greeted a new customer.😲I eventually got my glasses and left.If this was just one individual being obstructive maybe she needs training.If this is Specsavers policy then they need to review this.Either way I won't be going back after years of using Specsavers
The staff are so polite and treat you with respect. Which i really appreciate as im 72yrs old. The staff direct you exactly where to sit to wait which is only a few minutes. The optician took there time to make sure you got through every aspect of the eye test. Especially when some items are difficult to decide upon. They make you feel at ease by going at my pace.
