I was trully happy with the excellent customer service. The appointment was for my elderly mum, who speaks little Inglish, therefore she can feel anxious. The agents were very helpful, professional and very kind. Mum left happy at ease with modern new glasses.

Great customer service.

Very friendly welcome to store, with previously provided information readily to hand. Short waiting time to be seen by Optometrist. Jenna was very professional, thorough and friendly whilst explaining and ensuring my understanding of each test. Supporting staff were also friendly. helpfully and polite. Never felt rushed at any point during appointment. Would highly recommend both company and Greenock branch.
