Staff in store perfect and optician the process the service , staff manners etc . The overall thing fine what is a huge negative is the CONSTANT Reminders of your appointment for a eye appointment I had 3 email reminders , 2 calls I purposely ignored and knew it be “ complimentary reminders “ which it did go to voicemail . Very annoying and irritating as hell not everyone is forgetful or a pensioner age . They just need one reminder way to needy for my liking or
