I had to take a friend of mine into the Halifax store in Yorkshire for new glasses. He is severely disabled and sadly in a wheelchair. I cannot thank Sean and his staff enough for the way they assisted my friend with his addition needs. They were so kind, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much. All this helped calm my friends nerves as he hasn't been out of his house for a year and was terrified how the day would go. A big thanks to the team there
I bought a pair of Tommy Hilfiger glasses from Specsavers just over a year ago (£210). Although I don’t wear them every day, I’ve had to return almost every other week to have the left arm tightened, while the right arm has never needed adjustment.I was told this was “wear and tear,” but that seems unlikely given the consistent problem on only one side. I’ve looked after the glasses carefully, and this repeated issue makes me feel the frame is faulty.I also sent an email to customer service asking for clarification, but it has gone unanswered, which is disappointing and doesn’t inspire confidence in Specsavers for future purchases.I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the product and service so far have not met expectations for a premium-priced frame.And despite 6 days review on here, still no response from Specsavers! Came in to pick glasses up from the Scunthorpe branch. Didn't have an appointment but was seen straightaway by Joanne who was really friendly. Joseph helped get the glasses which were then handed over to Raul. He was very helpful and friendly. Tightened up one pair which was a bit loose. Nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant customer service
I was holding off of an opticians visit for a while because I was worried about not suiting glasses, my eyesight slowly worsening eventually it was inevitable. Going into Specsavers, peak hours Saturday, I was still dealt with very quickly and respectfully, it was a super smooth experience and the customer service was 5 stars, the people working there helped me pick the perfect pair that I feel fully confident wearing. I truly appreciated my visit there and I rarely give 5 stars for anything, glad that I came in, it feels nice to be comfortable and see everything as clear as it once was when I was younger. Thank you so much!
