My appointment was on time. Went straight in to have my eyes tested then a very short wait for the optometrist while I had the opportunity to start looking at frames. Once selected I was guided through the pricing process without delay (using my old prescription preferences).

Very friendly staff. Janu completed my eye test with patience, (I struggle to name the letters due to aphasia) and efficiency. Charlie completed the admin in a cheerful and informative manner.
