Every member of staff I encountered was exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful, making my visit a truly pleasant experience.In particular, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Mari Sabel, who was extremely attentive and supportive throughout my appointment. Great staff but a question mark over the lenses

The staff were excellent and I had great confidence in the quality of the eye test, but I feel that despite getting the highest grade varifocals, they have a narrower field of vision than I am used to.
