I was holding off of an opticians visit for a while because I was worried about not suiting glasses, my eyesight slowly worsening eventually it was inevitable. Going into Specsavers, peak hours Saturday, I was still dealt with very quickly and respectfully, it was a super smooth experience and the customer service was 5 stars, the people working there helped me pick the perfect pair that I feel fully confident wearing. I truly appreciated my visit there and I rarely give 5 stars for anything, glad that I came in, it feels nice to be comfortable and see everything as clear as it once was when I was younger. Thank you so much!
Came in to pick glasses up from the Scunthorpe branch. Didn't have an appointment but was seen straightaway by Joanne who was really friendly. Joseph helped get the glasses which were then handed over to Raul. He was very helpful and friendly. Tightened up one pair which was a bit loose. Nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant customer service
I use the chandlers ford specsavers but equally every specsavers Ive gone to the staff are faultless and ever so helpful. I went in yesterday on the off chance and it was shush Saturday but they were attentive and helpful and I returned today to get the glasses I needed.
