Absolutely terrible service in the Rickmnasworth store.I still have no glasses after five weeks of problems and 8 visits to the branch.Constantly being fobbed off with excuses as to why my my glasses were faulty and new glasses have still not arrived.
Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. My optician Manizha was great and really took her time to ensure that she got the root of the problem with my sight.She was very interactive and really made me feel at ease.The I spent time with Lisa who helped me get the glasses I was looking for and recommended the reflector lense etc and looked after me.Over all a positive experience. Well done to the team.
To be very fair everyone was professional and pleasant l was just a little disappointed when the frames l choose couldn't be ordered from stock. The assistant had to advise me he would have to contact the labs to enquire if they could make them as a one off and he said he would let me know, which he didn't l had to chase him and the price he quoted was different to the price eventually charged. The proof will be seen when l receive them.
