The order is missing, and no one answers.I ordered my phone(ROG Phone 9) on 09/30 on their website and waited for 4 days. My tracking status still says 'Ordered'.On 10/03, I inquired about my order, but they kept stating, "It takes 2-3 working days to process orders." On their side, they have my order on 10/01, which means tomorrow will finish processing my order, so I will wait for another day.On 10/04, I asked them again, but no one responded to my question.On 10/05, they finally answered my response and said, "We are processing your order please expect tracking information to be sent by tomorrow." and I waited for the next day.On 10/06, I asked them again, but now they just ended my chat without any response.On 10/11, over 10 days, I asked them again, but no one responded to me.On 10/14, I asked them again, and they answered me again, and I asked them about my order, then they answered "Apologies, there has been a slight delay. Will update you as soon as possible by today." However, after midnight the status stile stay at "These items have not yet shipped."I have no idea what the "Track Your Order" is used for. Is it only used to track packages in Canada, or what? They already took my money.For anyone who wants to buy their produce, please be cautious, as they may not respond or even return your money.
Ordered a phone from them August 24th based on the stated "in stock" availability with expected delivery August 29th.It's now October 3rd with no change in status from "Order Placed" on their order tracking link.Zero response to numerous requests for an order update via email, phone and chat links they provide.If it's late, it's not the end of the world, but really...no response to any of my requests for updates just leads me to conclude that I've fallen for a scam site.Highly suggest you DO NOT place any orders with them and if you do, DO NOT make the same mistake I did by paying via Direct Deposit for their token discount. Use your credit card so you can cancel the transaction and get your money back.As it is currently stands I'm probably headed for legal action to recoup my money for an order they haven't delivered.
I ordered the Honor Magic V5 from Spectronic Canada, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The shipping was lightning fast, and the device arrived in perfect condition. It's clear that Spectronic only deals in genuine products, as the Honor Magic V5 is fantastic! Additionally, their customer service is top-notch; they were ready to assist with anything I needed. I appreciate their honest approach and dedication to quality. Will definitely shop here again!
This is a legitimate company based on my experience. I ordered an Xiaomi 15 and received it in 6 days via DHL from China. A bit misleading since their website (including on the listing i ordered) mentions "All Canada shipping" but at least I didn't have to pay any import fees or duties.Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be the case and it's understandable since the majority of the devices they sell are from Chinese companies but they should mention it instead of mentioning "All Canada Shipping" and misleading people. The shipping was fast either way but it would be nice if they where more honest.Anyways, the product received was in new and sealed condition. However the charging adapter it came with was for the UK. They did include a travel adapter separately in the parcel but it's rather low quality and makes the charger just very bulky overall. Also, there is a coupon code on their website for $20 off if you are a new customer but it never worked for me and said that it was expired.I contacted them regarding everything mentioned on WhatsApp along with writing them an email and I've yet to hear back over a week later. They do not answer the phone either so while i was lucky and did get what i ordered and so far have no issues with it if i encounter any issues with my device In the future I'm out of luck as far as trying to resolve it with them goes. Due to this, i cannot possibly recommend this site. $1,200 is a lot of money to drop on a phone just for the customer service experience to be like this. Especially since they promise 24/7 customer service.Very disappointed in that regards.
I placed an order with Spectronic on September 5th, and as of today (five days later) I still haven’t received any confirmation or update. Their website states confirmation should arrive within 24–48 hours, but instead they took almost $2,000 and then ghosted me.They don’t answer the phone, and they don’t respond to emails or messages. At this point, I just want a refund.I’ll keep this review updated if I hear back from them or eventually receive my phone, but so far the experience has been extremely disappointing.

It has now been more than two weeks, yet my order status is still stuck at “Processing.”I have tried contacting the seller multiple times through their website chat, WhatsApp, and email. Unfortunately, they have not responded to my messages, have not shipped my order, and have not provided any updates.This is extremely frustrating, especially given the high value of the phone I purchased. A company that advertises 48-hour dispatch should not leave customers waiting this long without communication.I urge Spectronic Canada to take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately. I also request Trustpilot and relevant consumer protection authorities to monitor this seller more closely.⚠️ Warning to other potential buyers: Please be cautious before placing any orders here. Order at your own risk! Unfulfilled promises of delivery and refund.I placed an order on August 27. Spectronic's website promised shipment by DHL within 48 hours.After four days with no updates, I contacted customer service. They assured me the order was "ready and just waiting for DHL to pick it up." The very next day, their story completely changed: the company confessed they did not, in fact, have the phone in stock. This was a blatant lie.I immediately requested a cancellation and a refund. On September 2, I was promised the refund would be processed that same day. Today, more than two weeks later, I have still not received it.Despite multiple attempts to contact them by phone, email, Facebook, and WhatsApp, the company has completely stopped responding. They have promised a refund three or four times, but these were all just more lies.This experience has been completely unacceptable. Spectronic lies about product availability, shows a total lack of respect for its customers, and fails to honor its commitments.Avoid this company if you want to avoid losing your time and money.
