I bought Xiaomi 13t pro. Everything is good.Fast delivery. The only thing is British type charger, instead of Canadian. Yes I got the extra universal power plug, but it is so big that doesn't want to sit in a power outlet and fells right away.
We ordered two phones (same brand and model but different colours) based on the supported Cellular Networks and Market Countries. The invoice states exactly what we ordered. We received one as we ordered, the other was NOT what was ordered. It was for the Market Countries of China, HK, Taiwan. Problem!!! Email sent immediately, Called immediately, Chat next business day... No reply from email, no reply by phone. Only advised, by chat, that there is a facility move underway and to wait one week. Requested an email confirming that the wrong device was sent and there would be a replacement. NADA. If and when this is rectified, this review will be as well. If you are considering an order...wait a week and see if they make good on their statement.Spectronic did eventually get in touch and I received a replacement phone at the very end of February. I have not yet received instructions on sending the wrong phone back. Communication is seemingly an issue still.
I anticipated that the phone would be a plug and play experience. Not so, to set up everything cost me way more than the phone purchase and I needed cables that did not come with the phone to transfer data from my old phone to the new one, even though it is also an Samsung product. I will likely purchase another phone from a representative in my area instead of buying online.
I recently received the phone that I ordered (Xioami 13t Pro) and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The phone was exactly what I had ordered, and there were no discrepancies or issues. Additionally, the delivery was prompt and the phone arrived right on time as expected. I was able to track it all the way through DHL.Overall, I am more than satisfied with my experience of receiving this phone. The accuracy of the order and the timely arrival have exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Spectronic Canada to anyone looking to purchase a phone.
