Review Time
I ordered a few items from sportsman, these items rolled well over the delivery date which was supposed to be 1-2 working days. They actually took 6, as you can imagine I was annoyed and frustrated, I contacted the info email address where I was very quickly and politely answered by a gentleman by the name of Simon Holwell. He was quickly reassued me and made me feel at ease and was very apologetic. He couldn't help enough and his responses were second to none, unfortunately though when my delivery did arrive i had been sent a wrong item. Ofcourse I was again disgruntled, Mr holwell was right there again though, apologising and actually sent me the correct item out as we spoke via email. He did not charge me and told me not to worry about going through the hassle of sending back the wrong item. It's people like Simon that restore my faith in humanity and that there are still honest hard working decent people left in this very troubled world. I have the utmost respect for Simon and after the way he treated me despite my unfortunate circumstances with sportsman, would definitely order Again from them knowing Simon is there assuring even more so than before that myself and nobody else will recieve a poor service while he is there.Thank you sir.
The Staff at the Exeter store were extremely friendly especially James, and a had a vast selection to look through nothing was too much hastle and I would definitely recommend this store to both enthusiasts and beginners

Current sale is awesome, ordered a few items and lucky for me I am now a medium. The team were great on the phone and managed to swap the items that were too large. Great selection and very customer orientated sales team. i would highly recommend.
