I would give zero stars if that was an option. Your end to end process for handling claims is terrible. It is overly complicated, slow, and does not focus on the solving the customer's needs in a timely manner. Your process appears to focus purely on delivering the cheapest repair solution using a complex network of questionably qualified staff--this ranges from your initial in-take/phone support staff to the repair staff who come to repair the appliance--and lacks quality overall. I would not recommend this insurance program that you offer to anyone. Ever.
Each Square Trade employee to whom I spoke was positive and encouraging. Today, I received the promised reimbursement check for my unfixable appliance, but the claim experience took 2 months, including an extra call from me, asking Square Trade to figure out where their process had stalled.
