The representative helped every way possible to make sure I could get my computer fixed whether it could qualify for a new one or if a repair shop near by could fix it and the time for the refund was quick

My claim was approved and my replacement never came. There’s little no no customer service interaction. I will never purchase product insurance again from this company. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
