Horrible customer service all for a failed battery. They approved my claim for a failed battery for a laptop that I bought 2 weeks prior on eBay. Then they tell me it’s under review. Then they have me send a bunch of pictures of the laptop with date & time stamp. Then they NEVER responded after I sent everything requested. It’s been several weeks. The worst.update 10/1/25 Over one month into my claim that the laptop does not detect a battery, my "Claim" is still in review status. They sent me an email saying that they called and couldn't reach me so I should call them to discuss my claim. There is nothing to discuss except sending me a replacement battery. WAITING OVER 0NE MONTH TO RESLOVE A SIMPLE BATTERY ISSUE - UNACCEPTABLE.
Your customer service was wonderful. The delivery not so much. I came home to my new tv sitting in the front yard in full view of the entire neighborhood. I am truly surprised that it wasn't taken. If that wasn't bad enough, it had been raining the entire afternoon. The box was ruined and thank goodness the tv was ok.
