The overall process took a long time. The communication was a big challenge as I had to share the issues every time I called. The Pakistani staff were so kind and professional but it always took an extraordinary amount of time because the story needed to be repeated every call. I found the staff in South America were kind but the phone reception was always static, they took a lot of my time also. Many of the supervisors made promises which were not kept. The price of the dishwasher had almost doubled in replacing a new one. Over, I was pleased with the outcome even though it took a long time.
I had a 3 year protection plan on my furniture. A few months ago, I noticed the futton starting to sag. It became unsafe to sit on a few days ago. Because I stated the problem started a few months ago, they would not honor the claim. At that time, the futton was still acceptable. If I would have filed a claim at that point, it would have been denied because the furniture still functioned. Once the back part stopped staying up in a sitting position and the middle seemed to collapse, that is when I filed the claim. It was denied.
