Edit: they reached out to me after I wrote this review to try to offer alternative resolution. I still didn’t receive a quality replacement but I will increase my star rating from 1 to 3 as I appreciate the response. They indicated that next time if I felt the options given for replacement were not good enough that I should reply so they could provide an alternative. The replacement item I received was of far inferior quality than the item that I purchased. It wasn’t the same brand and was not comparable at all in terms of quality.
so as of today went to my brother's house to have dinner and his dog jumped on me while i had my right earbud in then the earbud fell out tried to grab it before the dog can eat it but i was too late she already swallowed it (literally swallowed it) then tried to get a clam on it but since its not covered in loss or theft, they couldnt do anything saying im sorry sir but since its loss its not covered like what the actual hell i only had the soundcore liberty 4 pro for a month now. just wasted $100 on those wtf man dont buy anything off ebay even if their refurbished
This Company doesn’t even deserve one star. They refused to even have my lawnmower fixed or even diagnosed . The drive shaft assembly gear case is broken. Don’t waste your money on this scam. I paid for the plan They refuse to stand behind it.
Being honest means nothing in this particular situation. It was the end of July, 2025 this is key, I tried to remove the cushion cover from one o my Walmart Patio furniture chairs and the zipper wouldn’t work, so instead of filing a claim for a replacement cushion, I asked for a replacement cover, simple enough right, WRONG, my customer servicebot, denied my claim because of the date, I filed the claim on the 29th of August and because I only remembered it was the end of July, 2025 and not the day. So as stated, no matter what the fine lines read or accusstions made that I misread my contract, that was the bots explanation, I paid for a three year service, that I’ve only had to file a claim once in 2025 and was denied(aside from the zipper issue, The furniture itself has held up wonderfully). I also had to jump through several hoops to get the correct contact information. So my advice to all, dates matter, issues are of secondary importance, read your contract about whats needed, the date damages occurred on etc., and falsely state you need to replace entire pieces when you file your claim, the process might move forward with ease, because telling the truth and being denied simply did not work for me............
My fridge works sometimes an other times it does not work at all. Because the problem intermittent I have to file a claim each time it is not working. If it decides to work when the tech comes I have to start over again. I was told that this issue means it is not broken. In the mean time my food is in an ice chest because I cannot trust the fridge.
I purchased an air mattress from Walmart online. I paid extra for expedited shipping because I needed the item immediately. With the purchase I purchased a warranty with Allstate protection plan. The mattress would not stay inflated. You wake up 🆙 on the. floor. Tried to file a claim and was told I could not and I had to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer said they did not warranty that item. Tried Allstate. Chatted with four different reps. I admit I was heated at this point. I was told I would receive a check for replacement. At the end of that chat I was told no worries but the claim could not go on though and I would receive an email. No email came . I did a new chat I was told 24hours and still no email comes. I did a new chat and I was told they had everything they needed and I had nothing to submit. I was later told I still could not file and I began asking if I could send any documents to expedite the case. I was told no we have everything. After this I was told I could not file again and I would receive an email . I asked if these are the steps everyone has to take. I was assured yes ever customer had to follow these steps. I have all the transcripts to prove this and verify my accuracy of this account. I was irate and they were obviously frustrated with me. The sent me an email asking for pictures from all angles, serial numbers, and detail of the purchase history with time date location of the store and a hand written letter from my self with the dates and time of the pictures taken in the photo and more. I was assured these are the steps everyone takes. I have transcripts stating it is. has anyone else been bullied, abused, or received retribution from this company ?
