They were prompt

They were prompt, gave helpful information, examined the vacuum cleaner in a reasonable amount of time (a week excluding shipping), corrected the problem and sent it back ready to use. The extended warranty was honored and definitely worth it. I wish it hadn't been needed. A new machine should last more that a year at the high end price. I'd also like repair to be local and not have to mail it off. Shark doesn't make it easy requiring it be sent off for repairs. No options.

Read the Fine Print! Won't Let you Use the Plan you Paid For!

Refused to let me use my protection plan because the item is still under the manufacturer's warranty. I refuse to deal with HP because of their horrible customer service.

They sent me a gift card because headphones could not be fixed but had to send headphones in 2times. I feel the first repair was rushed. They could not be fixed so I don't understand why the would send back.

Allowed manufacturer servicing but took a few calls to resolve split billing

Great job of letting me get my camera repaired by the manufacturer rather an inexperienced third party. Paid my claim, though we had a delay that required three phone calls to get action on. Ultimately claim was fully paid.
