My wife 2.75 years ago purchased a Hart battery operated set of weed eater and blower from Walmart. She was wise in buying the 3-year insurance coverage. I was weed eating my garden and the string came out. It was running rough before it did but didn't think nothing of it. Put new string in and the weed eater didn't turn as fast. So, I put in a newly charged battery and still didn't help.I put in a claim, and they sent me a Walmart card per request. Three days later I was able to buy a new weed eater and buy some more insurance for the new product.
