The turn around time and hoops you have to go through to be reimbursed is not efficient. It appears that if you don’t stay on it then the customer will go away and Allstate don’t have to pay. I’ve sent the info multiple times three different ways and somehow no record. Even after confirmation emails and phone calls. Insure at risk.
The thing is you pay for this insurance every month and then when you try to file a claim you have to go through so much b******* to get it through at a specific you call you guys they can say call your cell phone company and then they say call State you just get fed up with being a run around if you have a short I don't know why you have to argue about it why you just don't pay the claim or send a new phone like I asked for my opinion
