This the stupidest thing I have ever heard of

You send parts before a technician has even seen the refrigerator This stupid. How can you repair something you haven't even seen!! /technician came and replaced a fan. ANot the problem. My refrigerator is now not working properly and I have $300 worth of groceries that I will lose. I've never heard of such nonsense. Get a technician out here to check my refrigerator so I can get it fixed!!!

Good overall

Positive experience regarding reporting the issue and setting up service. Part delivery could be improved regarding coordination between the vendor for repair and Allstate. Confusion regarding the time of the appointment and delivery of parts was apparent. However service and professionalism was high!

Successful claim but slow

I made a claim on a washing machine that the parts was backordered eight weeks. The claim was successful paid, however it took over 3 weeks to receive the reimbursement check. The claim process should be more quickly, when it's an item that's needed often.

I was disappointed when I sent my…

I was disappointed when I sent my wedding ring back to get fixed but to my surprise they sent me a email stating they wasn’t able to fix it and they were sending my money back. Instead of asking whether I wanted to get my wedding ring back or receive my money back. I was reimbursed for my ring but not the taxes I paid on it nor the money I paid for the protection service that failed to complete the repair service.
