Avoid stansphere

I should have done more research. There are plenty of claims on their FB and reddit that they simply do not deliver. It has been nearly a month and my item isn't even being prepared for shipping which is crazy because they claim 7 to 14 day shipping. They repo d to my emails with the same cut and paste reponse. Avoid at all costs.

Everything has already been said. Fully a scam with no stock seemingly of any lightsticks, endless back and forth with nonsense emails. Was in a rush for Christmas present so fell for it, don't make the same mistake!

Full of robots, avoid

Pretty sure this company is ran by robots. Waited a week for my item to be shipped, the minute I sent an enquiry about the item I immediately received an email saying my item was shipped. Jump to another week later, my item has not moved, I contact Evri who tell me the shop hasn't even sent my item. I contact StanSphere and they ask me if I requested an address change(?) - they never clarified why btw. Every email exchange with them was completely nonsensical, definitely ChatGPT. My item eventually showed up, battered and bruised, box was torn and basked. I asked them if I could have a link to review them, since they boast 500+ positive reviews on their website. No reply. No way to review them. So where did all those reviews come from?

Scamsphere

Scamsphere. Ordered two ARMY light sticks (avoiding the B word just in case) in time for Jin's London concert. They weren't posted for weeks so I go the bank involved. It was only when my bank reclaimed the money that they sent the items out. Damaged and dirty. Took then to the concert anyway, fake.My friend also bought from them. Fake. Never got their money back and never heard from anyone.
