I consistently made payments to the financial program for two years, even exceeding my initial credit card debt, including an extra $1,100 to expedite the process. However, I was later informed that I needed to continue payments for eight more months, as the program only addressed 3 of my 6 accounts. I had to manage the remaining 3 accounts on my own, ultimately contributing $9,500. I find the program lacking in transparency and unresponsive to individual circumstances; rather than providing assistance, it exacerbates users' debt. I cannot recommend investing your money or time in this program. My dissatisfaction stems not from theoretical comparisons about long-term minimum payments, but from my actual experience with the program, which failed to deliver on its promises. Besides not achieving the anticipated outcomes, my credit suffered, resulting in a loss nearly double what I invested. Had I been aware of the feedback from other clients beforehand, I would not have joined this service. There are alternative programs that genuinely consider clients' needs and offer a more compassionate and supportive approach. My aim is to help other consumers make a well-informed choice.

This company failed to pay anyone they were supposed to for three years, and we ended up being sued by the banks. Throughout that time, interest accumulated, leaving us in even more debt! It feels like a scam, as they kept all the money! They have exploited a 'legal' loophole.
I am frustrated with the lack of communication. Five days ago, I requested to cancel due to the ridiculous situation. Now they say I need to wait another five days. They easily take my payments but want to send a check for my balance, which I suspect they will take most of. Their services haven't improved my credit at all; I'm improving my credit by paying things off myself. They seem unmotivated to let you cancel. I have sent them multiple emails requesting to cancel, and they keep delaying. I don’t trust them at all, and I’m documenting everything because their claims do not match my records from the past 28 months.
My experience with this service was the worst I've ever had with any company. I ended up with the sheriff at my workplace twice because they failed to manage my accounts. I received endless calls from creditors who had never been contacted by the service. My credit scores plummeted to the low 500s despite being assured of minimal impact. Their indifferent attitude was infuriating. We were threatened if we missed payments, and dealing with their representatives was frustrating. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
Choosing this program was the best decision. They are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am on track to finally achieve financial freedom. I no longer receive calls from creditors because they have a legal team to assist, which eases my stress.
I consolidated my debt with this service, but often faced communication issues and had to navigate numerous hurdles. Now, nearly two years later, I received a debt collection letter for an account they were supposed to manage. When I called, they claimed they had contacted me, which they hadn't, and said they dropped the account. I’m now stuck with a debt they were meant to resolve. Don’t waste your time or money on their inflated fees; seek someone more competent for help.
Avoid getting involved with this service! The total amount they quote is just an estimate. I was told I would be done in 36 months, but now I find out that none of my accounts have been paid and I need to continue for another 18 months. They do not work with major credit card companies. It feels like a scam! Contact your credit card companies directly; they’re often willing to work with you at 0% interest.
When I tried to reach the debt company that signed me up, their phone was disconnected. Since starting in 2023, I’ve faced numerous issues. For example, one account was settled for a lower amount, but when I called to clarify the status of my debts, I was told conflicting information. It seems like I’m locked into a long contract with them, but if they don’t resolve my debts, I’ll be responsible for them again after three years. Be cautious.
This service needs to improve its communication. I signed up in July 2023 and as of May 2025, I am still facing monthly fees without clarity on my debt status. I have tried multiple times to understand what debts are settled and which are not. I will pay what I owe, but I need clarity on my accounts, especially since some have gone to court. After two years, I am still confused about the settlements. Please provide some transparency.
