I am relatively new to 3d printing. I purchased a Kobra 3 Max combo due to its printing size and filament swapping capabilities. Somewhere along its use, the "strain gauge" stopped working. I submitted a ticket and customer support promptly assisted me with the issue by sending a replacement part. While this symptom was fixed, another part was apparently giving me trouble. Anycubic customer support jumped in again and have worked with me to solve any remaining issues, through parts, tutorials, or troubleshooting. Be patient with timezone differences, and this support team will take care of you! Anycubic for the win!
I had an issue with my Anycubic M7 pro 3D printer and contacted customer support. They replied within a day and were very helpful. After sharing some photos and a short video, they sent me a replacement screen at no cost.Overall, I’m very happy with the support I received. They were fast, friendly, and solved my problem. The Anycubic M7 Pro works really great with casting resin, the prints come out sharp and detailed with smooth surfaces. It was a great choice for my jewellery business, Highly recommended
Orders are sent very quickly. Arrive very soon since shipping (at leat in the EU countries). Help center works really fast - I was suprised to see their responce in a hour since posting a ticket. Resolution was very satisfying for me. Definitly I will buy more from Anycubic.
I had an issue happen with my printer i recieved from them, after a few quick chats an troubleshooting they were able to get me through the problem! I ended up needing some new parts and in our first troubleshooting part discovered another issue and they were incredibly helpful and got me all the right pieces to fix my rig. Thank you!
I got with support with a list of material I needed to rebuild an S1 Kobra that was being sent to the scrap yard. They were not only able to ship me the parts but they also had the parts for a VERY reasonable about! Tech Suarez was extremely helpful!
