Good products, Great service!

I ordered an ACE system for my printer, it even a bit earlier than expected. I had a few issues with the printer but the customer service is exceptional not being afraid to send out replacement itwms where others would cheap out.

Anycubic After-Sales Support is The Best!

My Kobra 3 Combo recently started making a loud noise when I turned it on in the morning. It was definitely a fan noise. After several minutes, I could tap on the print bed and the noise would change and go away after a few more minutes. It was definitely annoying. The printer worked fine except for this noise. I went to the wiki.anycubic.com and submitted a Support ticket. I was contacted and informed a new power supply faNn would be shipped to me. Anycubic Support has been great, they've always taken care of any problems I've reported.

They do a good job and will surprise you more than once.

I have several printers from Anycubic. I have been witnessing the development of this company for almost five years. I’m very impressed with the direction of development and what they are doing. For me - the best price to quality ratio. The quality of their customer support is SUPER - fast and proper!I think they still have a lot to show, which is what I wish for us (customers) and Anycubic.

Anycubic support is hands down the best…

Anycubic support is hands down the best customer support I've ever had to deal with. I had an issue with my ace pro, and within 24 hours of my ticket opening we had a confirmed diagnosis and parts are being sent free of charge. While I have not received the replacement parts yet, this customer support really makes me feel like I made the right choice purchasing an anycubic product. They seem to actually care, and stand behind their printers. Love my S1 combo!

Abnormal clog Kobra 3 Max combo

I ordered the Kobra 3 Max combo. It clogged above the removable nozzle. Down side was that I had to disassemble most of the extruder. Up side was that I don't mind, as long as it doesn't void a warranty. Support was helpful and sent a link that's easy to follow. Printer is fixed and running like a bed-slinger.

I've had a problem with the hotend

I've had a problem with the hotend several times, thought of getting in touch with customer support.Obi was in charge of working my ticket, polite and efficient are the only words to describe anycubics support, they requested the pictures, proof of purchase and as fast as 48 hours they were already replacing the hotend.
