Long-term Happy Customer!

Currently working with my 4th & 5th Anycubic FDM printers, in eight years, and happier than ever! Yes, I've had a few troubles along the way, but Anycubic tech support has always been responsive and helpful, ensuring that all problems were resolved, and Anycubic has always been excellent on providing replacement parts whenever necessary.

I have 2 Anycubic 3d printers and I love both of them and when I have had an issue I contact customer service and I have had no problems they send out replacement parts pretty quickly I would buy from them again

I placed an order on March 14, for 24‑hour shippin printer. No updates at all until March 18.On March 18, I opened a support ticket — no response.On March 19, I requested order cancellation — again, no response. At that point, I was forced to open a PayPal dispute. On March 20, I finally received a refund via PayPal, not thanks to the store, but only because of PayPal’s intervention.Customer support is completely nonexistent, communication is zero, and shipping promises are not respected.Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend this store at all.

Nothing but trouble with about 1000 hours into the machine I've got about 400 hours at least of screw ups and for the past month can't even print because bed got warped and got a replacement and nothing nothing seems to work still.

Excellent support – problem solved quickly

I had a problem with my printer; it showed an error during startup, so I contacted Anycubic support. I sent them photos and a short video explaining the issue.The support team responded quickly and helped me check the possible causes. After reviewing the information, they sent replacement parts (printhead cable and motherboard) free of charge.The package arrived without any problems, and after replacing the printhead board, the printer is working perfectly again.I really appreciate the professionalism and support from the team at Anycubic. They took the issue seriously and made sure everything was resolved.Very good customer service experience.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience, I contacted them to purchase a new front extruder case and a a fan extension cable since the printer was no longer under warranty but they offered to send them to me for free. Can’t ask for better.

Photon Mono M7 Max

We have a Photon Mono M7 Max and it is awesome. Had a bit of a hiccup with a failed LCD but Anycubic provided us with a replacement. Not a task I want to do a again but it was a fairly easy swap.
