Great Customer Service

I bought a Kobra S1 by itself without the AcePro thinking it would be compatible with my existing AcePro out of the box. It turns out that is not the case and I needed to buy a module that was not available to buy yet. Customer service got me a one-off link to buy the part I needed before it was released. What a way to keep a customer.

Excellent customer support with power supply issue

Even though we have a different timezones, I received an appropiate Customer Service. I'm so glad to have this kind of support.The fan of the power supply was not working, producing a weird sound, fortunately I didn't push it forward so no burnt damage is present.

Great customer service

I have been having an issue with the hot bed leveling. After contacting support, they walked me through a few different actions to find the problem. Anycubic support determined that I have a warped bed. Anycubic is sending me a new hot bed. The process was very simple, and the responses came very quickly.

I have two AnyCubic 3D printers

I have two AnyCubic 3D printers, and I experienced problems with both of them on a Sunday. AnyCubic support replied to my questions within several hours and fixed the problems. One was my fault, the other theirs, and they solved both quickly. I will continue to buy AnyCubic printers.

kobra 2 pro and the kobra 3…

I have a kobra 2 pro and the kobra 3 combo. The ease of set-up, to print was maybe an hour. Printing is awesome! I have gotten some pretty detailed prints with pla and some airsoft upgrades with petg. All in all, great all around customer experience and Great customer service! I had a motherboard failure and after some diagnostics they are sending new components.
