Worst printer I have ever bought. Has been problematic since I bought it. Constant problem replacing parts and then the service section has a good response rate but after waiting months for a replacement hot bed they send me the wrong one 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
I ordered a printer begin of the year. I was really excited to get going, but unfortunately there was an issue with 1piece that made the printer unusable for longer prints. The support helped me to figure out the issue and fixed the printer so that I can now print without any issue. They send me replacement pieces that I needed and guided me to find the broken piece. The support was great and so far my prints are great as well.

The technician who assisted me was very kind and helpful.He helped me try to resolve the issue, and since it was not possible to fix it through maintenance and the product was still under warranty, he arranged to send me the replacement part so I could replace it.
Bought a replacement printhead for my Kobra 3. When it arrived, there was a firmware mis-match. Submitted a trouble ticket, included the troubleshooting already done and the situation that required the replacement print head, and the first communication back was a link to the firmware I needed so I could manually flash the printer.Less than an hour later, I was back up and running
My ACE Pro Filament Detector for slots 1/2 quit working. I emailed Anycubic customer service and they had a new shipped in a couple of days. It did take a couple of weeks to get to the U.S. from China. it arrived today and I installed it, All is well. Thanks Anycubic for the great customer service.
Have been using anycubic kobra 3 v2 the last 4 months and whenever i had an issue anycubic supported me with no hesitation i have to say support is pretty impressive!! Also the printer is lovely and the filaments i use from them are also the best !
