Review Time
I ordered my flooring and was told it would be two weeks until it would be delivered. I got a phone call the day before delivery to say that it wouldn't be delivered as it was stuck in the port and couldn't be taken off the boat due to weather and was assured that i would receive it early the following week. I called the next week to see when delivery would be and they said they would get it on thursday and i wouldn't receive it until the next monday. So nearly four weeks for delivery and feel as if i am being strung along, i have had to cancel my floor fitter twice now.
Ordering easy, lots of useful guides, hits, tips online; delivery quick and efficient for both samples and order. Customer service fantastic, rang me before my order was despatched to advise that some items ordered may not be needed and refund processed quickly, saved me paying for returns. Staff very friendly and do exactly what they say they will, would highly recommend Stories and I'm fussy!
